Live by Faith!

Hello, dear friend

Today’s message of hope following Resurrection Sunday comes in the form of a question stirring in my spirit. How, then, will I live? My Savior, Jesus the Christ of Nazareth, lives because of the resurrection power of Holy Spirit. So, again, how will I live? The answer, of course, is found primarily in Paul’s epistles. Let’s start in Romans:

For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” (Romans 1:17, NKJV)

From the beginning of the letter, Paul establishes that the just live by faith. What don’t we live by:

what our friends think
what our mothers think
what our bosses think
what super star athletes think
what Hollywood celebrities think
what CEO’s think
what the news media thinks
what the President of the USA thinks

And the list could go on and on. We, as believers in a resurrected Lord, live by faith. Faith in God. Faith in his Word. Faith in the Son of God. Faith in his promises. Faith. Nothing fancy, no bells or whistles. Faith, plain and simple.

This day I choose to live by faith regardless of what anyone else thinks. Will you join me?

Thank you for your faithfulness. God's Words says "That without faith it is impossible to please Him." Hebrews 11:6. Whatsoever is not of faith is sin. Romans 14:23. "By grace are ye saved through faith" Eph.2:8...it would be nice if it were tangible!!! Love and Hugs. Stay Saved!!!!

Faith in Father, Son and Holy Spirit has gotten me through sooo many hurdles in life and given me days of sunshine no matter what the darkness. Thank you, Jesus, for being a living and rising example of what one person can do in the world if he walks with God!

Love your insight! Our lord loves when we have faith in him! Yes even when things go awry! This week He has shown HIMSELF strong in my behalf! I have had so many faith boosters happen this week.
